Over the years she’s organized and promoted a variety of local events from rock shows to charity concerts to art exhibitions. Currently Marketing Manager for a web dev company by day and Artist Manager for Sandbag Records’ The Manvils by night, she’s basically a modern day super hero (read “over-extended workaholic”). Paul Wong is an award-winning artist, curator and organizer of public interventions since the mid-1970s. His work varies from conceptual performances to narratives, meshing video, photography, installation and performance with Chinese-Canadian cultural perspectives. Wong has produced projects and shown his work throughout Canada as well as internationally. His works are in the public collections of the National Gallery of Canada, the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the Canada Council Art Bank (Ottawa) and the Vancouver Art Gallery.
