The Lost Soul Revue – Friday February 10

Join us early this Friday for The Lost Soul Revue, a live performance by Colleen Rennison and the International Players. No Sinner’s frontwoman Colleen Rennison will be performing forgotten classics from the Golden Age of Soul with The International Players (The Waldorf’s house band led by Kurt Dahle of the New Pornographers). Since No Sinner released the single and video for Boo Hoo Hoo back in December, fans and critics alike have been praising her powerful voice. Anticipate a soulful and emotional performance by one of the Vancouver music scene’s rising stars as she belts out songs from the 50s and 60s by the likes of Suga Pie Desanto, Gladys Tyler, Etta James and more.
After a short break, the regular Babylon night will begin and the International Players will take the stage again. For this performance, attendees will be treated to a set of the greatest love songs ever written. The Players will be joined on stage by vocalists El Garzita, Susanna Browne, Colleen Rennison and Thomas Anselmi.
The evening will be hosted by comedians Paul Anthony and El Garzita.
Doors at 9pm
Admission is $12 before 10. $15 afterwards.
